Email marketing: When you “Opt In” by entering your name and email address on our website we may send you emails about new products, free and premium content (i.e. blog posts, Webinars, YouTube videos, reports/whitepapers, etc.), and special events. You may withdraw permission at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
SMS marketing: When you enter your phone number into an “Opt In” form, we may send you text message reminders for events and/or appointments you have registered for, we may also send important announcements about upcoming events and promotions. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw permission at any time by responding to a text message with “Stop”.
Email addresses and phone numbers will not be shared with anyone outside of our organization.
SECTION 2 – BLOG COMMENTING
Should you choose to add a comment to any posts that we have published on our blog, the name and email address you enter with your comment will be saved to this website’s database, along with your computer’s IP address and the time and date that you submitted the comment.
Your comment and it’s associated personal data will remain on this site until we see fit to either 1.) remove the comment or 2.) remove the blog post. Should you wish to have the comment and it’s associated personal data deleted, please email email@example.com using the email address that you commented with.
NOTE: You should avoid entering personally identifiable information to the actual comment field of any blog post comments that you submit on this website.
SECTION 3 – DATA STORAGE
Our shopping cart and newsletter management solution is hosted and managed by Ontraport. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Ontraport’s data storage, databases and the general Ontraport application.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Ontraport stores your credit card data.
In some cases you may choose to PayPal to complete your purchase, then PayPal will store your credit card and data.

In both cases this data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
NOTE: At no point during the transaction does Holly Chantal and Associates LLC take custody or store your credit card information.
SECTION 4 – COOKIES
Holly Chantal and Associates LLC utilizes cookies to create a more customized experience for our users and customers. For example, we use tracking pixels (i.e. Google Analytics) to aid in measuring and tracking where our website traffic is coming from and to track the performance of our site. We also use remarking pixels from Facebook and Google to aid in customized, targeted followup advertising.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
