Purchase Agreement
In this agreement “you” are the buyer, or client. “I” am the seller or, Holly Chantal Monsen DBA Holly Chantal Coaching. By completing your purchase and submitting any form of payment you are agreeing to these terms, as well our conditions of use, privacy policy and the “no refund” policy in place for full, partial, or recurring payments, as though you had signed them yourself.
Web Design Specific
If you are purchasing a website design with or without a coaching package your website design will be completed in two phases. The first phase is the design phase where my graphic artist and I will work together to create the framework and over all look. We will present you with a mockup for your approval. You will then have two opportunities for revisions before the design is finalized.
Once the design is agreed upon the development stage will begin where I will take the design and create a custom WordPress theme. Any major design changes during this stage will extend the project timeframe and be billed at an hourly rate. A major design change is anything that changes the layout and/or spacing, or removing/adding features after the development stage has begun.
Internet Marketing Consulting
Some website design package include internet marketing consulting and assistance with content creation, consulting can also be purchased separate of a website design package. As the client you agree that you are entering into a coaching/consulting relationship and take full responsibility for the results. Holly Chantal Monsen DBA Holly Chantal Coaching will not be held liable for any negative impact on your business or life as a direct or indirect result of you the buyer implementing ideas or advice during the term of our business relationship. Also Holly Chantal Coaching does not guarantee or warranty that you will get your desired results as they are highly dependent on your own actions.
My Commitment
Each project and contract is different and customized for you the buyer. By taking your project and receiving your payment I am also agreeing to do my best to deliver your services in a timely fashion and to my highest ability. I also reserve the right to refuse service, or to stop a project before completion at my discretion. This is extremely rare and would involve a reevaluation of services rendered vs payments received and the client may receive a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances and at my discretion.
